Stage is set for the State of the Province Address
Mpumalanga premier, Refilwe Mtsweni is set to address the province this morning.
Some politicians and ordinary citizens dressed up to the nines during the State of the Province Adress (Sopa) on Friday.
The event usually marks the official opening of the provincial parliament, however, before the official speech guests can be seen strutting their stuff on the red carpet.

The speech is delivered in front of members of the provincial executive, including the Speaker, Deputy Speaker and the secretary.
