Mpumalanga ready for Africa Travel Indaba
Africa's Travel Indaba was officially opened this morning by the Minister of Tourism, Derek_Hanekom.
The Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency (MTPA) has descended at the Africa Travel Indaba 2019 in Durban today until Saturday.
The MTPA is accompanied by the department of culture, sports and recreation who are showcasing the provincial museums and Gogo Esther Mahlangu’s works at the Indaba as well as Gert Sibande, Ehlanzeni and Nkangala district municipalities.
They have brought along a number of tourism establishments to trade their businesses to the more than 1800 buyers and they are part of the more than 800 exhibitors at this year’s Indaba.
Mpumalanga News spoke to Head of Tourism at MTPA, Xolani Mthethwa at the opening.
