Health professionals to be honoured tonight
Nominees competed in 24 categories and were voted for by the public via SMS until October 31.
Dreams and wishes will come true this Saturday when dedicated and hardworking health professionals will be awarded for their selfless services at Ingwenyama Lodge. The evening will surely be the best night to remember, as the Health Excellence Organisation (HEO) and Mpumalanga government recognise healthcare professionals for their selfless service and raising the standards of health in the province.

This year’s nominees competed in 24 categories and were voted for by the public via SMS until October 31. “We have a new category for ‘Community Health Stars’ which is opened for home-based caregivers who are taking care of HIV and TB patients. Those that are nominated in this category will also be recognised during the award ceremony,” said Sylvia Masango of Daisy Lee Events, coordinators of the awards.
There will be entertainment from dancers, singers, poets and a DJ on the night.
