A passenger died in a multi-vehicle accident on the N4 just outside of Malalane this afternoon, September 27.

Moeti Mmusi of the Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison confirmed a bakkie, a sedan and a truck were involved in the crash, and that the cause of the accident it still unknown.

Drivers are advised to approach the scene with caution.
