Bushbuckridge mentor an advocate for mental health and women’s empowerment
Eulender Nanni has created several platforms to uplift lives, something that is near and dear to her heart.

Growing up in Majembeni in the Bushbuckridge Local Municipality, Eulender Nanni learnt about giving back. She has created platforms to raise mental health awareness and to uplift young women.
“I just want to play a role in making someone happy and show my support the best way I know how. That is why I established Finding Your Purpose with Eulender Nanni, to create a safe and non-judgmental dialogue for people to voice their mental issues and be able to find help,” Nanni said.
She said she has hosted the dialogue three times and has seen a lot of people, especially young women, opening up and gaining the confidence to talk about their mental issues. “I am planning to have the dialogue in different areas to reach more people, and a lot of women in the province are crying for it.”
Nanni has been a mentor to young girls since 2013. “Mentoring girls has been a passion dear to my heart. One of the things I teach girls is to not be afraid to fail. Failure can be hindrance to success, and girls need to be taught that failure is experience to move forward.”
Nanni directs the Miss Ehlanzeni pageant. “The pageant aligns with my passion and vision for young women to be fighters against gender-based violence and, moreover, how to start their own businesses from mere pocket money.”

She founded the annual Charitable Couture Fashion Show to raise funds for fashion designers to host their own shows. “It costs a lot of money to produce a show to showcase their brands, but this organisation is there to help local designers achieve their dreams,” she said.

Above everything, Nanni is a proud mother and wife and has always found the time to enlarge her bio, such as being an MC, a social media content creator, and even a Mrs Mpumalanga Ambassador in 2017, and in the top 50 of Mrs South Africa in 2020.

She recently announced that she will be part of the reality show competition Divas on Hustle 2022, which will showcase women who are determined to build a positive future for themselves and their communities. “I am excited to be part of such a platform. I cannot wait to learn how women out there hustle for a living and gain the experience to start more ventures that will benefit communities.”
