IN PHOTOS: Mpumalanga tourism promoted at Africa’s Travel Indaba in Durban

Various tourism organisations, led by the Mpumalanga MEC for finance, economic development and tourism, showcased some of the province's best tourism products and destinations.

The Mpumalanga MEC for finance, economic development and tourism, Nompumelelo Hlophe, was at the forefront to market Mpumalanga’s best destinations during the Africa’s Travel Indaba 2023 in Durban.

Hlophe and some officials of the Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency (MTPA) and, at least 42 exhibitors from around the province attended the event.

The indaba took place from Tuesday May 9 until Thursday 11 at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre.

Hlophe and the MTPA’s acting CEO, Mduduzi Vilakazi attended the Triland InterMinisterial meeting to give progress on the promotion of the Triland Agreement route between Mpumalanga, Mozambique and eSwatini.
