SAPS searches for missing Siyabuswa woman

Nontobeko Theresa Nkoko was last seen at her house in Siyabuswa B on Tuesday May 9.

The Siyabuswa SAPS appealed to the public to help find Nontobeko Theresa Nkoko.

The 57-year-old woman was last seen by her family at her house in Siyabuswa B on Tuesday May 9.

A provincial police spokesperson, Colonel Donald Mdhluli, said Nkoko’s sister had tried to call her on her cellphone on Wednesday May 10, but that she did not get any answer.

“Her family members managed to enter her house, but she was not there. Some of her belongings were found inside her bag, except her ID and a bank card.”

Mdhluli said Nkoko, a retired teacher, is described as a well-built person with dark complexion and about 1.55m tall.

Mdhluli urged anyone who might know of Nkoko’s whereabouts, to contact Detective Constable Simon Mthimunye on 072 459 4498.
