The Raising the Queen Esther Generation teaches young girls personal development skills.
Raising the Queen Esther Generation, a philanthropic organisation, hosted an event called Queen Esther’s Princesses to provide a group of girls with various empowering life skills.
The event, held at Gilgal Church of All Nations on April 29, focused on teaching girls about etiquette, self-awareness and personal development. The attendees were all between the ages of eight and 18.
Featured speakers including Eva Biyela, Pertunia Lehoka, Dolly Mbuyane, Awethu Shongwe and Pearl Mavundla, shared valuable insights on various topics, such as what it means to fear God, how to respect a person’s body, personal hygiene and tips how to prepare for menstruation.

The organisation’s founder, Blessing Sunday, said the event ultimately aimed to encourage the girls to strive to make a positive impact in their communities and to teach them about responsible citizenship.
