TVET College hosts first graduation
The college hosted its first graduation since its inception in 2020.
The Elukwatini Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) College held its first graduation since its inception in 2020. The college hosted the ceremony on Friday, October 31, at the Badplaas Forever Resort.
The college started operating in March 2021 with only 40 students. The college director, Offlex Masina, said each trimester at least two students from disadvantaged backgrounds are awarded bursaries, one for engineering studies and one for business studies.

The college is currently the only one providing engineering and business studies in the area.
“We assure a well-rounded learning experience and prepare our students for success. We also want to empower them. We are also dedicated to developing our students and preparing them for the work environment,” he said.
