Ehlanzeni TVET College launches peer education training

Ehlanzeni TVET College hosted the college's peer education training, to equip participants with skills and knowledge needed to address social issues.

Ehlanzeni TVET College marked the start of the college’s peer education training at the Capital Hotel Mbombela on Friday, April 24.
The programme serves to equip the 2026 peer educators with the skills and knowledge needed to address social and health-related issues that are experienced by students at their campuses.

The training was facilitated by the Student Support Service under the leadership of Student Support Manager Vuyokazi Sikota and Academic and Wellness Officer Emmanuel Mathebula. The event brought together various stakeholders, who shared valuable insights, guiding peer educators on how to better support, and engage with fellow students across different campuses.
