In an effort to promote the culture of reading and writing in our indigenous languages, Mpumalanga News and the Mpumalanga department of sports, culture and recreation are giving away four golf T-shirts and four books written in IsiZulu, IsiSwati, IsiNdebele and Tsonga which have been sponsored by the Department.

The books that we are giving away are:

1. Siphashaphasha: A SiSwati novel about a young school girl, Dorothy who is dating an elderly mine worker.

2. Mulunguntima: it’s an award winning Tsonga novel.

3. Ibhudango Lami: A Ndebele novel, meaning my dream

4.Inkensela YaseMngungundlovu: A Zulu crime novel.

 

Sms the word “Read” and your name to 35954, sms cost R1.50 and the line closes on October 10 @ 12:00. You may enter as many times as you would like.

 

Prizes must be collected from Lowveld Media’s offices within 2 weeks otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
