Nutting House celebrates Valentine’s
On February 14, Nutting House Lodge, just outside Nelspruit on the N4 road, is bringing about a different way of celebrating this day.
Many call it the ‘month of love’, mainly because the 14th of this month, was long declared as valentines Day, a day where people around the world celebrate love with their partners mostly by exchanging gifts and enjoying romantic dinner dates, splurging on the conventional bouquet of red roses and pick-nicks under the stars, the list is endless.
On February 14, Nutting House Lodge, just outside Nelspruit on the N4 road, is bringing about a different way of celebrating this day.
This remarkable and stylish lodge has planned a romantic and fun filled day, which will be rounded up by soulful and romantic jams rendered by Ligwalagwala FM’s darling, DJ Sihlabane, Kasi FM’s Gugu, Caspero and many other sizzling local DJs.
“We are fully aware that there are many other Valentines Day shows planned on the same day, but what we are offering is simply out of this world.
Our venue, where the Nutting House Lodge is situated makes it even more romantic. People will get time to walk around our fields and take pictures under our trees.
So, we would like to invite everyone to come and celebrate with us. Come and see what we have cooked for you,” said organiser, JJ Shongwe.
For just a measly R100 per person and R150 for VIPs which includes meals, one can find themselves enjoying good music and great food, pool side. The event is open to everyone and accommodates anyone from poetry to comedy and hip-hop.
