Traffic volumes have started to pick-up on the N1 North as motorists make their way to their various destinations for the Easter long weekend.

According to Bakwena Platinum, law enforcement activities are taking place at the Carousel Plaza and delays of up to 30 minutes can be expected travelling north.

Transport media liaison officer Mike Maringa confirmed that traffic officials will be visible throughout the weekend with the department currently stationed at the Kranskop tollgate.
