Police investigate murder of Gauteng businessman

A businessman's body was discovered on Olifantsfontein Road and it has been revealed that he was shot execution style.

The Olifantsfontein police are investigating a case of murder after a body was found dumped in Olifantsfontein Road.

The police discovered the body on Wednesday, which has since been identified as that of businessman Kevin Soal.

According to Olifantsfontein police, the motive for the murder is not known at this stage.

“We are still investigating the case,” police told Pretoria Rekord.

Soal’s vehicle has since been recovered outside a tavern in Tembisa.

According to Mike Bolhuis of Specialised Security Services, Soal was forced to his knees and shot twice from behind – execution style.

“That is a concern to us. Minutes after police removed the body, they got another call telling them more shots had been fired in that area,” Bolhuis said.
