MKP set to take to the streets of Pietermaritzburg
uMkhonto weSizwe Party members will tomorrow march to the local high court to highlight their grievances in regard to the recent elections.
The uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MKP) in Pietermaritzburg have confirmed that they will be marching to the Pietermaritzburg High Court tomorrow morning.
The march is set to start at 09:00.
The MKP members will be meeting at the Pietermaritzburg University of South Africa and march down Langalibalele Street.
According to Carry Ngcobo, the media and liaison person for the MKP in Pietermaritzburg, the march is to highlight the ‘corrupt system, corrupt judges, the injustice that has been shown to the MKP and the unfairness of the national elections that took place on May 29’.
