A Roodepoort businessman who was kidnapped from outside his business in Albertina Sisulu Road in Florida last week, has been found.
Seven men, who pulled into a parking area in two Mercedes-Benzes, accosted Mark Ramos, the owner of Bulk Pack Meats, outside his place of work at about 06:00 last Monday.

Roodepoort Record kept a close eye on the kidnapping, but chose not to report on it, fearing that news coverage could make things worse for the victim.
A social media post about Ramos’ alleged rescue was confirmed this morning by local security company Help24’s CEO Sheldon Grobler, who says that Ramos was rescued in a combined effort between police and private security companies.
The newspaper contacted provincial police spokesperson Colonel Mavela Masondo for further information, and was informed that a media release would be made available later today.
