Richard Melvill a resident in eMdloti is no stranger to capturing breathtaking footage of whales and dolphins off the coast of eMdloti.
Recently, he captured three Humpback whales playing in eMdloti’s waters, Northglen News reports.
The video which was uploaded to Melvill’s YouTube account has already amassed an incredible 13 000 views.
The media caught up with Melville who said eMdloti is the most beautiful part of the province.
“eMdloti is the most beautiful part of KZN in my opinion and I am very lucky to get to live here and see things like this on a regular basis,” he said.
“It’s been so awesome to see videos like this and my dolphin videos get a lot of attention when most of the news that goes viral is not very positive especially after the crime stats were released,” he said.
