Banting at botanical gardens – another fun-filled day
Pretoria's banting market at the Botanical Gardens fast growing.
The banting market held at the National Botanical Gardens on Saturday 2 May was a great success.
Many people stocked up on banting goodies and enjoyed the relaxing sounds of CH2.
The market provided patrons with an opportunity to meet producers of good quality food, freshly prepared according to banting rules. Products were sold at the market according to banting rules which include: sugar free, low in carbohydrates, gluten free, banting and diabetic friendly.
Market host Karin Loots from Just Banting encourages fans to get in touch with her for more information on 079-527-4902. Anybody keen on banting can also download the free Banting Recipes Pro application.
The next banting market will be hosted on 6 June at the same venue from 09:00.
