Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe melon (honeydew or cantaloupe), cubed
- Juice of 1 lime
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- ½ cup coconut water or chilled sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Method
- Place the melon, lime juice, mint leaves, and coconut water in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Strain if desired for a lighter texture.
