Treat the kids to vanilla eggy toast made in a pressure cooker
Who would have thought that this family favourite could be prepared in your Instant Pot for a less-mess option with reduced fat and no frying!
Kids love eggy toast because it tastes like pudding but still counts as breakfast, making it a brilliant Saturday treat. It’s also a recipe you can prepare with them without making too much of a mess in the kitchen. They can whisk the egg mixture, sprinkle the cinnamon, and help lay the bread strips in the dish, then you simply lock the pressure cooker lid and let it cook. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, you can still make it the classic way in a pan or bake it in the oven. Recipe compliments of Instant Pot.
