Thirty-minute meals: broccoli beef

Steak and broccoli are quickly cooked in a soy-ginger sauce.

Serve the broccoli beef over hot rice or noodles.

You will need:
* A quarter cup all-purpose flour.
* 300 ml of beef stock.
* Two tablespoons white sugar.
* Two tablespoons soy sauce.
* 500 grams of steak, cut up into bite sizes
* A quarter teaspoon chopped fresh ginger root.
* One clove garlic, minced.
* Four cups chopped fresh broccoli.

What to do:
In a small bowl, combine flour, stock, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until sugar and flour are dissolved.
In a large wok over high heat, cook and stir beef two to four minutes, or until browned.
Stir in stock mixture, ginger, garlic, and broccoli. Bring to a boil then reduce heat.
Simmer for five to 10 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
Serve on a bed of rice or noodles.
