We have all heard of the 27’s club, stars who tragically lost their lives at such a tender age.

This club includes the likes of Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, Amy Winehouse and Jim Morrison.
Could this year be the start of a new club, the 69’s club?
Two great talents have died this week, both suffering from cancer.
Both David Bowie and Alan Rickman lost their battle with this disease, leaving a hole in the hearts of their family, friends and fans.
Alan Rickman became one of Britain’s best-loved acting stars thanks to roles including Professor Snape in the Harry Potter films and Hans Gruber in Die Hard.
Harry Potter author, JK Rowling, led the tributes, describing him as “a magnificent actor and a wonderful man”.

David Bowie died after an 18-month battle with cancer, which he concealed as he continued to work on a musical stage production, Lazarus, and his final album.
