Easy-to-make nectarine jam with ginger

With its combination of sweet nectarines and spicy ginger, this jam is a surefire way to take your homemade preserves to the next level.

If you’re a fan of homemade jams and love experimenting with unique flavours, nectarine jam with a hint of ginger is a must-try. This blend of juicy nectarines and the warm spice of ginger creates a jam that’s not only bursting with fruity sweetness but also has a subtle, zesty kick that sets it apart from traditional fruit preserves. It’s perfect for spreading on toast, dolloping on yoghurt, or even paired with soft cheeses like Brie or goat cheese for an appetiser. Recipe compliments of Juicy Delicious.
