Easy-to-make and budget friendly vetkoek – in under five minutes!

These vetkoeks are made with just flour, water, and salt - ingredients that are not only budget-friendly but likely already in your kitchen.

As the month draws to a close and your kitchen pantry starts to feel a bit sparse, here’s a recipe that’s perfect for you! With just three simple ingredients, you can whip up homemade vetkoek in under five mintues.

What makes vetkoek truly special is its versatility. While the classic version is absolutely delicious on its own, you can easily elevate it to new heights. Consider adding fresh herbs, zesty spices, or even a sprinkle of cheese for an exciting twist. Plus, if you want a lighter option, baking them instead of frying works wonderfully – still yummy, just a bit healthier! Recipe compliments of Eskort.
