Actress and TV presenter Buntu Petse reveals she’s expecting
Congratulatory messages have flooded TV presenter and actress Buntu Petse’s Instagram page following the news that she’s having a baby boy.
Actress and TV presenter Buntu Petse and her husband Londa Mavundla have revealed that they are expecting a baby boy.
Petse, who scooped her first acting nomination for portraying the character of Mbali Hadebe on Miseducation, recently shared her pictures with Mavundla on the red carpet at the National Film and TV Awards (NFTA) on her Instagram page. The thespian, also known for her character of Nontle on Generations: The Legacy, captioned her post: “Me and my boys are red carpet ready.”

Congratulatory messages flooded the comments section of her post.
Zola Nombona said: “Congratulations baby.”
“It’s a boy’s town, congrats mama bear,” said Luyanda Mzazi.
Manaka Ranaka also commented: “Bathong wena, congratulations mama.”
While Dineo Moeketsi said: “Congratulations my Bunts, you look stunning.”
Petse was nominated under the category of Best Actress in a TV Series which was later won by Zikhona Sodlaka for the portrayal of Bulelwa Mxenge on Gqeberha: The Empire. Other nominees were Nqobile Khumalo for her role on Red Ink, Deli Malinga for her character on Umkhokha: The Curse, Marlee Van Der Merwe from Binnelanders, Beatabena Green for Wyfie, Cindy Swanepoel for Koek, Nambitha Ben-Mazwi from Empini and Busi Kondleka for Lindelwa.
Taking to her Instagram page to share the news of her first nomination, Petse said: “Mbali Hadebe landed me my first nomination. Please vote for your girl for Best Actress in a TV comedy for the NFTA.”
