Minion cupcakes

Ingredients
- Cupcakes
- Pre-mix vanilla cupcake mixture with icing included
- 8 black or blue cupcake cases
- 3 drops blue gel food colouring
- Royal icing
- 1 ½ cups icing sugar, sifted
- 3 tbsp water
- 4 drops black gel food colouring
- The decorations
- 4 Tinkies
- 8-16 white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp chocolate vermicelli

3. Gradually mix the icing sugar into the water, mixing constantly until it is smooth and thick. Add the black food colouring one drop at a time, mixing until the icing is nice and dark. Place into a piping bag with a small nozzle.
