Elderflower and lemon spring spritz cocktail recipe

Spring makes you want to slow down, sit outside and sip something beautiful. The elderflower spritz is a light, floral cocktail that tastes as good as it looks. With the soft sweetness of elderflower, a touch of fizz, and a scattering of delicate edible flowers, this drink is sunshine in a glass.
Ingredients
- 25ml elderflower cordial
- 100ml prosecco (or any sparkling wine)
- 50ml soda water
- Juice of half a lemon
- Ice cubes
- Lemon peel, to garnish
Method
- Fill a wine glass or coupe with ice cubes.
- Pour in the elderflower cordial and lemon juice.
- Add the prosecco and top with soda water.
- Give it a gentle stir.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
