Piña colada cocktail recipe served in a coconut
Coconut, pineapple, and a splash of rum blend into an easygoing cocktail that’s perfect for a relaxed Friday afternoon wind-down.
Coconuts are a cocktail favourite for good reason. Their creamy texture and naturally sweet, nutty flavour pair beautifully with rum, vodka, and tropical fruits like pineapple and mango. They also balance sharp citrus flavours, rounding out the edges of sour cocktails. On top of that, coconuts offer a small nutritional boost. They’re rich in electrolytes, healthy fats, and potassium, which can help with hydration. This piña colada cocktail recipe served in a coconut brings a holiday vibe to any occasion.
