45 farmworkers rescued from Overberg floods
The rainy conditions are expected to clear up by Sunday.
The Overberg District in the Western Cape continues to be hard hit by floods.
More than 40 farmworkers stranded next to the flooded Sonderend River at Riviersonderend have been brought to safety.
One person is missing and the search continues.
The NSRI volunteers have been assisting the police and other rescue teams to help people in danger of being swept away or isolated by the floods.
