Bail granted for Mossel Bay corruption, fraud co-accused
Two men, one a sergeant from the K9 Langeberg Unit, face charges of corruption, fraud, defeating the ends of justice and possession of explosives.
Xolisa Msizi, the second accused in the case against Sergeant Jacobus ‘JM’ Spangenberg of the K9 Langeberg Unit, was released on bail of R2 000.
Mossel Bay Advertiser reports that Msizi briefly appeared in the Mossel Bay Magistrate’s Court today, when his bail application was finalised.
He was arrested last Thursday, a day after Spangenberg was granted bail of R5 000.

Both men are facing charges of corruption, fraud, defeating the ends of justice and possession of explosives.
Msizi will reappear in court with Spangenberg on Wednesday, December 3.
