Distraught Centurion family appeals for public’s help to find missing son
Mohamed Zikar Essack (27), was last seen at his parents’ home in Erasmia, Centurion on Monday afternoon. They have since reported him missing with the police.

An Erasmia family is extremely concerned after their son’s disappearance and has appealed for the public’s assistance in finding Mohamed Zikar Essack.
Father Ismail said 27-year-old Mohamed left the family home in Erasmia around 15:00 on Monday, without saying where he was going. This was the last time the family saw or heard from him.
Mohamed was driving a 2016 white Renault Kwid (registration: FP 26 RP GP) when he left his parents’ house.
Ismail said he was worried about Mohamed who has not been seen for over five days, without any family member including his wife, knowing about his whereabouts.

“We are distraught because no one has heard from him or seen him. When we try to call him, his phone is off.”
Mohamed was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and grey short track pants.
“I have a lot of fear that we cannot find him because it is very dangerous out there. We are very vulnerable right now, sometimes thinking of the worst.”
Ismail said the family has opened a case of a missing person at the Erasmia police station.
