“Don’t leave SA, rather invest,” says Lindiwe Mazibuko
Vivacious Lindiwe Mazibuko, the first female leader of the DA in Parliament, visited Polokwane as keynote speaker at an event organised by the PSG Group.
Three years after returning to South Africa, after having completed her studies at Harvard, she is heading the Apolitical Academy, training political leaders of the future on a non-party political basis, Polokwane Review reports.
She is also a fellow of the Harvard Institute of Political Studies, travelling to the UK every second week to lecture at the university.
Despite problems in South Africa, she said people should not leave the country but invest in and fight to revive our country, to make it a success, prosperous and respected by the world.
She addressed issues of the post-election happiness index of South Africans and policy changes the ANC as government should give urgent attention to.
