KZN: Rough sea conditions expected for North Coast, beachgoers warned

Parts of the province have also been served with a weather watch warning for heavy rains.

The South African Weather Service on Tuesday issued a warning, stating that beachgoers should be wary of adverse sea conditions over the next 24 hours, North Coast Courier reports.

A heavy swell over some four metres is expected between Port Edward and Kosi Bay.

According to the SA Weather Service, the rough conditions are expected from Tuesday 10 am until 3 pm Thursday, (December 3 to 4).

Parts of the province (between Port Edward and King Shaka International Airport) have also been served with a weather watch warning for heavy rains.

The SA Weather Service has warned of the possibility of localised flooding and reduced visibility.
