Load-shedding to alternate between stages 3 and 4 until Friday

Eskom has made the latest load-shedding schedule available.

Eskom on Sunday afternoon released its latest load-shedding schedule, stating that power cuts will alternate between stages 3 and 4 in the coming week.

Daphne Mokwena, the power utility’s spokesperson, says the schedule aims to manage emergency reserves.

Here is the latest schedule:

Today – Monday 05:00: Stage 4

Monday 05:00 – 16:00: Stage 3

Monday 16:00 – Tuesday 05:00: Stage 4

“This pattern of stage 3 load-shedding in the morning and stage 4 load-shedding in the evening will be repeated daily until Friday 16:00,” says Mokwena.

She said Eskom would communicate any significant changes.
