Multiple fires reported in Scottburgh area

Farmers and firefighters worked together to put out major fires in KZN last night.

There have been reports of multiple fires in the Scottburgh area on the KZN South Coast last night.

It is unknown as to how these fires started, but several community members on social media groups believe that they may have been deliberately started by someone driving around throwing petrol bombs.

Fire departments were alerted and were seen working along Bermuda Way in Scottburgh attending to the fires.

Farmers and firefighters managed to put out most of it and were on site seeing to burning embers.
