Crossing Nelspruit Shopping Centre is offering a reward for anyone with information who can identify two people who allegedly stole their World Cup flags, Lowvelder reports.
Hi-Tech Security regional operations manager Callum Mac Pherson said one of the suspects was seen balancing on the other’s shoulders to retrieve the flags.
