Video: 8 injured after taxi ploughs into KZN toll plaza

Reports from the scene indicate the taxi avoided colliding with two overtaking cars in convoy, causing the accident.

A taxi loaded with passengers crashed into an Umvoti toll plaza booth in KZN at around midday, leaving eight people injured.

According to medical personnel who were on the scene, patients were treated before being taken to a nearby hospital for further care. Injuries range from minor to moderate.
