Watch: Heavy mist on N12 causes multi-vehicle accident near Ogies
A thick blanket of mist covered roads around Middelburg and eMalahleni this morning.
A multi-car pileup occurred on the N12 near Ogies this morning. The accident occurred in thick mist on the highway.
Reports of the pileup were received at around 07:20. Witnesses on the scene told the Witbank News at least six cars were involved in the accident.
Witnesses reported vehicles were driving at a high speed despite dangerous road conditions.
Heavy mist was also reported on the N4 between Middelburg and eMalahleni this morning.
