Watch: Suspended minister attends chaotic KZN community imbizo

Suspended Minister Senzo Mchunu was in attendance as chaos erupted in KwaMbonambi, where residents heckled a speaker and walked out.

The first instalment of the RBM community imbizo in KwaMbonambi, KZN, began on a chaotic note when community members interrupted a speaker on the podium, calling him a ‘thief’.

According to Zululand Observer, Martin Mbuyazi was elaborating on the purpose of the meeting when a handful of community members erupted in song and walked out of the venue.

The event marks the first in a series of izimbizo to be hosted by RBM in partnership with its host communities.
