2025 George Old Car Show: A one-day extravaganza with pre-show tour options

Calling all old-car enthusiasts!

The 2025 George Old Car Show is set for a one-day spectacular on Saturday, February. This premier South African classic car event promises an exciting display of vintage vehicles alongside modern marvels.

For an extended adventure, consider joining one of the two pre-show tours:

Vettoer: This one-day tour for veteran cars (pre-1918) kicks off on Thursday, February, and concludes at the show on Friday. Participants will enjoy scenic drives, overnight stays, and a celebratory braai.

GOCS eSCape Tour and Rally: This four-day event (February 9-12) is open to all show cars and features a competitive rally for pre-1975 vehicles. Explore the Garden Route’s breathtaking landscapes and enjoy camaraderie with fellow car lovers.

Vintage motorcycles will be joining the 2025 Vettoer.

Show highlights:

• British spotlight: This year’s show celebrates iconic British marques like Bentley and Rolls-Royce, alongside vehicles from other major car-producing nations.

• Vintage and modern: Witness a unique blend of veteran, vintage, and classic cars alongside displays of modern supercars, motorcycles, tractors, trucks, and stationary engines.

• Club displays: Admire club exhibits featuring magnificent Mercedes-Benz models and a celebration of the W108 series’ 60th anniversary. Local dealerships will showcase their latest offerings.

• Family-friendly fun: Enjoy a day out with the family, with food stalls, entertainment, and activities for all ages.

Tickets: Pre-booking is encouraged via iTickets (R125 adults, R100 pensioners, free for children with adults)
