New album in the pipeline for popular DJ
DJ Mad Blue is working on another project which he expects would take Mzansi by storm.
The DJ who loves making people dance is working on another project which he expects would take Mzansi by storm.
Johannes Skosana, popularly known as DJ Mad Blue, hails from New Eesterus near Hammanskraal and is a man of many talents.
He is popular for producing hit commercial kwaito songs like Bana ba jika, Di boa kae, MmaMalome, Mpulele, Thula and many others which took South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Lesotho by storm.
He is also producing Master Shubi’s great hit Mavuso which is like a national anthem in clubs, taverns, at taxi ranks and events around Pretoria and some parts of the country.
DJ Mad blue is also the producer of Mr Sir hit Kumnandi and many other local artist around Pretoria townships.
In an interview with Rekord, the popular DJ and producer revealed that he was busy with the new commercial kwaito single which would be released by the end of March called Ngiyazulazula featuring Mary Deca, one of the talented female singers in Tshwane.
It will be available on the internet music site www.itunes.com.
“I am busy with my new single which will keep the party animals on the dance floor. This is a great hit which will also force the next door aunt back to the dance floor because my work is to make people dance and with this hit whether you like it or not you will make a move.
“I am featuring Mary Deca one of the talented female artist who knows how to make people dance and it is a promise that Ngiyazulazula will make you move,” said Mad Blue.
DJ Mad Blue has shared the stage with artists such as Dr Malinga, Uhuru, Hip Hop Pantsula, DBN Knight, DJ Mondlos, Master Shubi and many others around South Africa. He has performed in neighbouring countries Botswana, Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
“My full album will be ready by September, consisting of 13 songs, I will be touring very soon starting in Polokwane in Limpopo and later move to Nelspruit, Bela Bela, Mahikeng, Rustenburg and other parts of the country to promote my new song.
“I am happy because I have worked with great artists such as DJ Mindlos, Mr Sir, Master Shubi, Mary Deca , Prince SA and I have learned a lot from them,” added Mad Blue.
