Staying true to the aim of bringing South Africans together with the power of music, 5FM’s three day Live Loud concerts at Salt Rock beach left party-goers jamming to cool sounds while kicking up some sand. An awesome line-up saw party enthusiasts streaming in from far and wide. Geared with picnic baskets and tons of energy, the mostly young crowd stayed true to form by turning up the volume and living loud.

The three day line-up saw top performances from local artists like Benny Maverick, Nasty C, Desmond and the Tutus, The Kiffness, Shortstraw, Kwesta, Chico Muya, Josh Wanti and December Streets.

5FM’s DJs Nicole Da Silva, Forbes & Fix, Ms Cosmo, Das Kapital, Ryan The Dj and Roger Goode showed Salt Rock why they were nominees for nine MTN radio awards. Good music at the beach, what more could one ask for?
