Sand, sun and puppy cuddles at Pooch and Family Fun Run/Walk – Ballito

Get ready for mimosas, kids crafts and sandy toes at the Pooch & Family Fun Run/Walk at Concha Bakery and Cafe on Saturday, April 27.

Hosted by the pro-life Ballito based puppy rescue organisation, Sables Creatures, the exciting family day will be an entertaining morning with a good dose of exercise.

Registration starts at 6.30am and the five kilometer fun run/walk will kick off at 8am. After the walk, Concha manager Diogo Barendse said you will be well rewarded for your effort with an exciting line-up at the Bakery and Cafe.

“We are going to have a mimosa bar, live entertainment by James Freedom and creative kids arts and crafts,” said Barendse.

While you are enjoying the morning, Clip and Tails mobile dog grooming will be on site to spoil your pets as well as Pawfect with their pet goodies and remember to snap a pic at the Petland photo booth. There will also be some amazing prizes to be won such as a legendary Scoop ice cream cake and restaurant vouchers so make sure you buy plenty of raffle tickets.

If you are looking for a furry friend, the Sables Creatures pups looking for forever homes will be ready to meet you on the morning.

Entry for the epic fun run/walk is R50 for adults and R20 for children under 12. Pets are free.
