Police jacket and other stolen goods recovered in Verulam, KZN

Station commander of Verulam SAPS, Brig Victor Dludla, applauded the detectives for acting swiftly on the information.

Verulam detectives recovered various goods, which were stolen during a house break-in, after swiftly following up on received intelligence in the area, recently, Phoenix Sun reports.

The recovered items included speakers, an amplifier, a flat-screen TV, a computer tower and a police jacket.

Station commander of Verulam SAPS, Brig Victor Dludla, applauded the detectives for acting swiftly on the information.

Speaking to the Phoenix Sun, communications officer, Captain Henry Kisten, encouraged members of the public to not withhold information on stolen items.

“We are once again urging residents to give us information on stolen items. We would also like to thank members of the public for assisting us in the fight against crime,” Captain Kisten said.
