Seaward Estates has recently unveiled a refreshed brand identity, marking a considered evolution for one of Ballito’s most established gated residential estates.
“As one of Ballito’s original estates, Seaward’s reputation has been built over time through a strong sense of community, character and consistent stewardship,” said estate manager Rieva McMurtrie.
According to McMurtrie, the refreshed identity reflects where the estate stands today while setting a clear direction for its future.
This anticipated update also aligns with a series of planned changes, including the modernisation of the estate’s gatehouses, enhancements to shared facilities such as dams and nature trails and the future development of a community centre.
