A man was killed in a drive-by shooting in the Lindelani area in KwaDukuza on Thursday night.
IPPS Medical Rescue‘s Paul Herbst said the passenger travelling in the vehicle managed to escape the hail of bullets.
“The driver of the vehicle was fatally wounded, with multiple gunshot wounds to his body but the passenger managed to escape and run to a nearby bush area. He waited there until it was quiet then phoned for assistance.
“The passenger was unharmed,” he said.
