A mother (51) and her son (22) were arrested after police found drugs at their home to the street value of about R100 000.
Ndwedwe Crime Prevention Unit, assisted by other units, made the arrests yesterday afternoon after following a tip off.
Thirty-three bags of dagga were confiscated.
The pair are due to appear at Ndwedwe Magistrates’ Court today.
Earlier this week, two others were arrested between Vryheid and Pongola road by Louwsburg police after they were found to be transporting dagga to the street value of more than R500 000 from Mozambique to Nquthu.
