A man was recently arrested in KwaDukuza CBD in possession of 70 Mandrax tablets and 2100 heroin capsules to the street value of R54 000.
This comes after police received a tip-off about a man carrying drugs in the town.

“This shows that if the residents work hand in hand with the police, more can be done.
“The man was also found in possession of R1600 that was also seized,” said SAPS Ilembe cluster spokesperson Sibusiso Khuzwayo.
