Right on the back of a similar incident that took place in Lagoon Drive on March 26, another armed robbery was reported in a home at Ashley Road in Ballito yesterday.
Around 9.30pm five armed men in balaclavas entered the private property and tied up the three family members (66, 46 and 22 years old) who were in the home at the time.
Stolen items include a television set, four laptops, kitchen appliances, cellphones, clothing and jewellery.

According to a police report the total value of the stolen items amounts to R275 000.
The family were not harmed in the break-in, but are receiving counselling.
