The case of a Ballito mother accused of drowning her four-year-old daughter in a bucket of water, has been postponed until next week Thursday, when she is expected to plead.
She will remain in custody at the Umhlali police cells until her next appearance.
The accused allegedly killed her daughter on Tuesday, April 26.
She allegedly told police the child was difficult and troubling her, which prompted her to drown the child.
The girl’s hands were tied with duct tape and she was declared dead at the scene.
